ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Charleen. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Florida.
I’ve been working with clients for over 11 years—first in community mental health, and now in my private practice. I specialize in helping women in their 20s and 30s who may look like they have it all together on the outside, but internally feel stuck, insecure, or unsure of their path.
My clients often come to therapy during big life transitions—breakups, career changes, family stress, friendship ruptures, or moments where they’re simply asking, “What am I doing with my life?” Many also struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, or patterns in relationships that leave them feeling unfulfilled or unseen.
I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and offer a safe, supportive space to explore your identity, relationships, and mental health without fear of judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I’m here to help you untangle what’s getting in the way, build insight, and develop practical coping tools, while reminding you that you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
If you’re tired of putting everyone else first, second-guessing yourself, or just feeling like you’re not “enough,” I’d love to support you in reconnecting with your worth and your voice.
